Human Resource Generalist; West Palm Beach, FL

Highly respected South FL Insurance Organization is looking for a 3+ year HR Generalist to work closely with their HR Director to support multiple locations.  Help with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, training, policy implementation, recruitment and performance management.  Assist with development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures and administer benefit programs.  Property & Casualty HR experience highly preferred and must have a Bachelor’s degree.  Designations a plus as well.
