Auto Claims Adjuster - Entry Level

Windhaven offers claims training for hard working individuals who want to build a long lasting career. No experience is needed - we'll train you! 

Responsibilities include: claims processing, customer service, investigation of claims to determine coverage and liability, and negotiation and settlement. The Claims Representative is a challenging position in a fast paced environment. Our entry level claims roles provide significant claims knowledge and offer tremendous opportunities for growth upon completion of training and demonstration of growing proficiency in claims handling.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• MUST have an active Texas Adjuster License
• Associate's Degree or higher is preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate phone and email etiquette
• Ability to communicate with leaders, different claims teams and insureds 
• Strong organizational skills: the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities 
• Ability to learn the fundamentals of insurance and independently analyze claims and solve problems.
