A large insurance broker in the Southeast has an exciting opportunity within its employee benefits division for an Operations Vice President. You have dotted line responsibility for the entire support team including account managers, analysts, technology specialists, administrative associates and shared services. In close partnership with the President, you’ll focus on the efficiency of day-to-day service operations with strategic input on programs and infrastructure.
You’ll encourage, support and coordinate initiatives with the sales and marketing teams. You'll foster partnerships between the corporate and regional offices.
You’ll spend considerable time on Human Resources and employee relations including training and development, technology and agency management systems (AMS), workflow, account distribution and performance management.
