Our client, a well-established Fortune 100 financial services company is looking for a home-based Commercial Field Property Claims Adjuster. The territory is the Greater Richmond region.
This position will be responsible for investigation, evaluating and settling moderate to serious commercial property damage claims.
The ideal candidate:
- 2+ years of commercial property claims handling experience
- Experience using Xactimate estimating software
- Insurance carrier experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus necessary licensing.
- Experience adjusting commercial property structural damages(Ag buildings is a +)
- Well organized with ability to set work priorities
- Willing to work CAT duty
- Strong decision making and customer service skills
