What we are looking for:

AREA MANAGER

OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA    

National independent adjusting company seeks Area Manager for our Northern California operations. Responsibilities include financial management, claim management/quality, staffing and client relations for multiple branch offices. Experience managing claims operations and or branch offices a plus. Monthly bonus as a percentage of profit.  Candidate can reside in either Sacramento area or the Bay area.

The Manager's responsibility is to coordinate and supervise branch operations and personnel and to handle Property and Casualty claims involving work both inside and outside of the office. Personal production is required to help meet the financial goals of the Branch. Candidates must have extensive claims adjusting experience, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Superior oral and written communication, problem analysis and organizational skills are essential for this position, as is a strong working knowledge of computers and claims related programs. Candidate should have prior claims management experience as well as strong Marketing and training skills. A background in TPA operations is a plus. Some traveling will also be required. In addition to a base salary and benefits package, the opportunity for bonuses based on production, profitability and growth are both excellent and expected!
