Job Description:
Our client is an independent agency with significant regional market share. They seek an experienced Client Service Advisor for the group Employee Benefits division. This position is responsible for supporting an existing book of business through a high level of customer service, communication, and problem solving to maintain and promote revenue growth. Candidates for this position will be required to have some depth of experience in group employee benefits and have the ability to manage relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal team members. Additionally, highly desired candidates will have experience in sales whether as a producer or in a dual role promoting cross selling on existing accounts or through commercial producer partnerships.

As Client Service Executive

• Participate in day to day operations of a service team and the assigned book of business

• Develop and maintain client relationships to support Producers and Account Managers

• Implement initiatives designed to expand the book of business

• Partner with producers to develop, evaluate, and prepare documentation required to market new and renewal business

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and underwriters

Client Service Executive Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in marketing, sales, or service of group benefits insurance preferably as an agency Account Manager or Account Executive

• Bachelor's degree or related experience with industry accreditations or continuing education endorsements is a plus

• Knowledge and ability to manage a book of business with moderate complexity

• Desire to increase agency revenues through outside networking or by identifying coverage gaps with existing relationships

• Louisiana Life & Health license
