Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Fort Worth, Texas

Growing and profitable Property and Casualty Insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep to work with middle market to larger accounts in their Ft. Worth operation. Excellent service to their clients is of utmost importance to us. In this role your responsibilities include: 

• Request loss runs from the carriers
• Process requests for certificates of insurance
• Perform application reviews, endorsements, and file documentation of assigned accounts
• Service commercial lines accounts as assigned, rating and quoting new and renewal risks
• Aid in collections and preparation of submissions & proposals

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience with commercial lines accounts within an insurance agency setting.
• A strong preference will be given for candidates with experience in a diverse group of classes of business.
