Liability Director - Licensed Adjuster

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Liability Unit Supervisors, who oversee adjusters responsible for coverage and negligence investigations and resolution of claim(s) presented. This role is responsible for managing quality assurance, performance, and training activates with supervisors, adjusters, clients, attorneys, and medical providers. The position is involved in developing and implementing on-going strategies, enhancing processes, materials, and communication tools. This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Experience leading a claim operation, contributing to the overall claim operation strategy, and creating strong relationships to drive superior service and results
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills Must present themselves in a professional manner on a day to day basis for clients/insured
• Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application at expert level
• Advanced knowledge and experience leading a team of supervisors. Experience handling exposures up to and exceeding $250,000
• Advanced knowledge and experience in evaluating property damage and/or bodily injury claims.  Deep knowledge of venues and their regulatory and case laws to ensure Best Claim Practice compliance.
• Litigation Management of disputed claims a plus
• Strong data analytics knowledge/understanding: how build reports, leverage data to lead operations, develop strategies, and apply under strict deadlines

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Maintain adjuster license (s) as required by state regulations

• 15+ years’ experience handling casualty claims, including auto liability claims.
• 7+ years’ experience in Leadership
• 3+ years’ experience leading Leaders

Preferred qualifications
• College Diploma or commensurate work experience
• Minimum 15 years previous claim experience with multi-state experience.
