Appraiser, Auto - Licensed Adjuster - Liability

 In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of desk appraisals.  This role is responsible for managing quality assurance, performance, and training activities with field adjusters, clients, and body shops.  The position is involved in developing and implementing on-going strategies, enhancing processes, materials, and communication tools.  This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards. 

Responsibilities

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills

• Must present themselves in a professional manner on a day to day basis for clients/      insured

• Ability to meet and document strict timelines for review and upload of work product

• Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application

• Proficient in CCC and/or Audatex estimating software

• Ability to write and communicate auto repair estimates, total loss evaluations, and negotiate agreed prices with body shops as required

• Experience with both field appraisal and inside desk appraisals.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office  (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills

• Must have thorough understanding of the estimating platforms.

• Maintain adjuster license (s) as required by state regulations
 

Preferred qualifications
• College Diploma or commensurate work experience
• Minimum 3 years previous Auto Claims Estimatics.
