Join our team as the Marketing Support Specialist for our Omaha, NE branch office. As the Marketing Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing marketing support to the Omaha Branch.
Characteristic Duties
- Prepare new and revised agency and profit sharing contracts for Agencies.
- Responsible for Agency maintenance in the AS400 system and ImageRight
- Ensure all system information is entered when Agencies and individual producers have been appointed and/or terminated.
- Renew and process payment for all producer and agency appointments in states where required.
- Maintain an Agents’ (producer) Register and verifying all current licenses are on file.
- Prepare annual Agency Review documents.
- Develop month and year end reports.
- Verify and create payment for invoices.
- Organize the attendance of Branch Manager and Territory Managers at various conferences throughout the year.
- Assist with various needs of the branch office including but not limited to; fleet vehicle needs, WC dividend program and serving as liaison for various internal and external customers/vendors.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior Insurance experience
