B2B Sales Associate
Corporate Synergies Group is recruiting B2B Sales Associates for our BlueCHIP (Creating High-Performing Insurance Professionals) University. The BlueCHIP University develops successful Sales Producers for the insurance industry through intensive training/mentorship in Business Development, Consultative selling, Account Management, Client Solutions, Marketing and Compliance.  This program allows you to learn the business from the ground up while positioning you to succeed.  
You will learn how and be responsible for prospecting, setting appointments and preparing presentations while working with Sales and Service teams to ensure client satisfaction.  Upon completion of the program, BlueCHIP Sales Associates will possess the tools to build a successful and lucrative career through C-level relationships.  
Projected career progression is as follows: 
•    BlueCHIP Sales Associate (1-12 months)  
•    Sales Producer (1- 3 years) 
•    Senior Sales Producer (3-4 years)  
•    Vice President (after 5 years)

Qualifications for Position:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a competitive GPA 
•    0-4 years professional experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment 
•    Must attain relevant insurance licenses upon hire

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•    Involvement in school organizations and activities 
•    Proficient in Microsoft® Office products 
Conditions of Work:
