Take full advantage of our system.
- Post your resume in the UIJ resume system and have employers and recruiters find you. Many of UIJ's employers/recruiters search our resume system daily, and adding your resume allows for job posters to evaluate your skills and experience and get you “in the loop” passively. It gives your background enormous visibility to some of the best employers and recruiters in the insurance industry. Simply put, "The job you're searching for could be searching for you!"
- Post anonymously when you are concerned about your present company seeing your information. Use "name withheld" in the name area. Supply company responsibilities, but withhold company names. Sign up for a free Yahoo email and use that instead of one that identifies you.
- Actively search our job postings. Do it at least weekly. Our job content changes rapidly.
